Job summary

Stantec is seeking an OT Cyber Security Engineer for a 6-month assignment in Abu Dhabi to lead security for major Master Control Centre and water network projects. You will review Cyber Security Plans, assess network architectures for proper segmentation, monitor security devices, and coordinate with EPC contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks.

Candidates should have a BE/Tech in IT/OT cybersecurity or electrical/electronics with extensive OT security

Qualifications

• BE/Tech in IT/OT Cybersecurity/Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation with 10+ years of OT cybersecurity experience in water/wastewater or MCC/DC projects.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC region preferred.
• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall OT/IT cybersecurity for major water/OT projects.
• Review Cyber Security Plans for client approval.
• Review network architectures for segmentation and zones, EPC contractor deliverables.
• Monitor deployment of network devices and security appliances; review logs and events.
• Coordinate with SCADA/control system contractors, vendors, and client on security gaps and remediation.
