Job summary

Client of Dr Expat is seeking a Specialist Orthodontist in Abu Dhabi to assess, diagnose and treat malocclusions using modern techniques for children and adults. You will develop personalized treatment plans and provide comprehensive orthodontic care in a contemporary dental center.

The role requires specialist qualification in Orthodontics with post-specialist experience and proficiency in fixed braces and clear aligners, plus strong patient communication and treatment planning skills.

Qualifications

• Specialist orthodontist with post-certification experience in malocclusion assessment and comprehensive care.
• Strong communication with patients and families across ages.
• Proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans and long-term care.

Role Overview

Specialist OrthodontistAs a Specialist Orthodontist you will assess diagnose and treat patients with malocclusions and dentofacial irregularities using modern orthodontic techniques You will develop personalized treatment plans and provide comprehensive orthodontic care for both children and adults

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage orthodontic conditions and malocclusions
• Provide treatment using fixed braces clear aligners and other orthodontic appliances
• Develop individualized orthodontic treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as required
• Utilize modern orthodontic technologies for diagnosis and treatment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary dental teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Follow international clinical and patient safety standards

Requirements

• Specialist qualification in Orthodontics
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialist experience preferred
• Experience with fixed braces clear aligners and comprehensive orthodontic treatments
• Experience using modern orthodontic technologies preferred
• Strong patient communication and treatment planning skills
• Valid DHA DOH MOH eligibility or license preferred
• Specialist qualification in OrthodonticsMinimum 3 years of post-specialist experience preferred
