Job summary

Work standard in Dubai is seeking a qualified Orthodontist to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing and treating malocclusions, planning and delivering braces-based therapies, and ensuring patient safety in all procedures.

You’ll work with patients of all ages, explaining options and answering questions to support informed decisions. Ideal candidates hold a dentistry degree and an Orthodontist license from the UAE MOH or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Degree in dentistry from an accredited college or university.
• License/certification as an Orthodontist from UAE MOH or equivalent.
• Experience in orthodontics is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients’ teeth and jaws and assess malocclusion.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Orthodontist, your main duties include examining patients’ teeth and jaws; taking x-rays; diagnosing malocclusion problems; designing treatment plans; providing corrective treatments such as braces; and using dental instruments to fix issues like overcrowding or gaps in teeth alignment. You will also need to explain the procedure and answer any questions that patients may have about their treatment options. In addition, you must ensure that all safety protocols are followed during procedures.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in dentistry from an accredited college or university along with a license/certification as an Orthodontist from the UAE Ministry of Health or equivalent authority. You should also possess excellent communication skills as well as a passion for helping others maintain good oral health habits. Experience in the field is preferred but not required as we are willing to consider candidates with no experience as well.
