Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders via system or pick slip.
• Review orders and report unavailable items.
• Pick, scan, and pack items neatly and efficiently.
• Handover completed orders to the Delivery Concierge team.
• Sort items by category and place them in designated logistics areas.
• Follow all SOPs, food safety, and quality standards.
