Job summary

BULLIT MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a senior Oracle Cloud integration architect to design, implement, and optimize complex data integrations for Oracle ERP Cloud systems. You will work onsite with clients, lead offshore teams, and ensure secure, real-time and batch data flows using OIC, FBDI/HDL/BIP and related adapters.

You will translate business requirements into technical designs, write high-performance PL/SQL, and guide deployments through UAT and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Oracle PL/SQL development and database programming.
• Extensive experience handling data exchanges with 3rd-party vendors and legacy APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud data schemas for HCM, Financials, EPM and SCM.
• Experience building reporting tools via BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Knowledge of security protocols like OAuth, SSL, and encryption keys.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Ability to explain complex pipelines to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite technical architect and client-facing engineering advisor.
• Lead the design, build, and monitoring of end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop robust, secure real-time and batch integrations connecting Oracle Cloud with 3rd-party software.
• Write advanced PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and complex triggers.
• Build technical orchestrations utilizing REST, SOAP, FTP, and ERP Cloud adapters.
• Architect automated inbound and outbound data migration flows via FBDI, HDL, and BIP utilities.
• Resolve performance bugs, tune complex SQL queries, and optimize heavy database scripts.
• Translate functional finance and supply chain requirements into detailed technical design documents.
• Coordinate daily development deliverables between onsite stakeholders and offshore teams.
• Guide deployments, code promotions, and bug fixes during UAT and hypercare phases.
