Job summary

Tiger Group seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to support financial operations within the construction industry in Dubai. You will configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules, manage project costing and budgeting, and ensure accurate month-end closures and reporting.

In this role you will collaborate with Procurement and Projects teams, translate business requirements into effective solutions, and provide training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion end-to-end implementation.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, configuration and support.
• Minimum 2 years in construction or real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• Manage project costing, budgeting, cost allocation, and financial reporting.
• Support month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Handle system integrations with Procurement, Projects, and other Oracle Fusion modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, conduct UAT, and provide end-user training.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support statutory reporting, audit requirements, and compliance.
