Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS).
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of real estate industry financial processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation and support of Oracle EPM modules.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and IT teams to gather business requirements.
• Design and develop metadata, forms, business rules, dashboards, and security roles.
• Integrate Oracle EPM with ERP systems using EPM Integration Agent.
• Automate data loads and ensure reconciliation between source systems and EPM.
• Customise reporting and dashboards using EPM Reports and Smart View.
