We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Optometrist to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, accurate and timely eye care services to our patients.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the optometry field and possess a valid license to practice Optometry in Sharjah. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be capable of providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams, including refraction, tonometry and other tests as necessary
• Diagnose sight problems, such as nearsightedness or farsightedness, astigmatism and presbyopia
• Prescribe corrective lenses or medications to correct vision issues
• Educate patients on proper eye care techniques including proper contact lens care
• Provide educational materials to patients on topics such as sun protection for the eyes
• Monitor patient’s response to treatment or lifestyle changes
• Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential
