• Price and execute option trades
• Manage the risks in the portfolio, and ensure that it complies with limits imposed on it
• Able to engage with stakeholders to explain trade strategies and new products
• Given the nature of the market, to be amenable to working shifts

Requirements

• Has an excellent understanding of options/derivatives trading
• Has 2 - 7 years of experience in derivative market making and risk taking
• Experience in Equity or FX would be an advantage
• Programming experience will also be a plus

The Ideal Candidate

• Be an option market maker (preferably experiences in trading both OTC and exchange listed options) and business builder
• Have strong track record of delivering trading revenue via high touch vanilla and exotic option products.
• A self‑starter and collaborator when it comes to generating trade ideas and working with sales teams to expand our product offerings
• Comfortable interacting with quant developers and researchers to design, build, and innovate new pricing, trading, and risk management systems
• Be experienced in management level analysis and reporting of data sets from complex risk models
