SEHA invites applications for a Specialist Physician in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. The post requires clinical excellence, supervision of junior staff, and involvement in training, audit, and research activities within the Division.

Under supervision of the Consultant, you will diagnose and treat patients, lead ward rounds, ensure proper documentation, and participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to plan safe, holistic care. On-call duties including evenings and weekends are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise junior medical staff and share accountability for patient care
• Ensure adherence to admissions, consultations, discharge protocols and follow-up practices
• Lead ward rounds and reassess inpatients and outpatients regularly
• Document clinical information clearly and promptly
• Coordinate with other specialties and support services
• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency coverage
• Contribute to quality and safety initiatives and audits
