Job summary

Nexora HR Solutions in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Registered Nurse with ophthalmology OT experience to join our operating theatre team. You will assist surgeons during cataract and retina surgeries, prepare the OT and sterile field, and care for patients before, during, and after procedures.

Strong perioperative knowledge and infection-control standards are essential. Experience in eye hospital settings and RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required and must be valid.
• Experience in an eye hospital, specifically in the Operating Theatre or OR.
• Hands-on experience assisting cataract and retina surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during cataract, retina and other surgical procedures.
• Prepare the OT, instruments and sterile field.
• Provide patient care before, during and after surgery.
• Maintain infection-control standards and coordinate with the surgical team.
