Job summary

Durucooperation in Dubai seeks an experienced Masonry Forklift/Catcher Operator to safely move block pallets, load products onto delivery vehicles, and ensure accurate quantities. Responsibilities

• Operate the Forklift/Catcher to transport block pallets from the production area to the stockyard and support loading activities.
• Load and arrange finished products accurately on delivery vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
• Verify product quantities against delivery tickets and identify or correct loading discrepancies.
• Inspect outgoing products and report damaged or non-conforming materials to the Supervisor.
• Monitor production activities and remove defective products when required to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct routine equipment checks, including cleaning, fueling, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
• Report equipment malfunctions, mechanical issues, or breakdowns promptly for repair and maintenance.
• Maintain clear communication with production, delivery, workshop, and supervisory teams.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from waste, debris, and safety hazards.
• Use appropriate PPE and follow all company safety procedures, operational policies, and environmental regulations.
• Support other production or operational activities based on training and operational requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• High School qualification or equivalent.

• Ability to perform basic calculations and accurately verify quantities.
• Ability to work in high-temperature and physically demanding environments.
• Previous experience in concrete block or masonry manufacturing is preferred.
