Solved6 is a Marketing Department as a Service agency based in Dubai and Los Angeles, delivering senior marketing teams to brands across fashion, automotive, beauty and more.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to own publishing and community management across our client accounts. Your role ensures content goes live correctly, on time, and that every client’s community is handled well every business day.

Competenze

• 2+ years in social media operations, community management or publishing, ideally at an agency
• Hands-on with Metricool or a similar scheduler, plus Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Excellent written English; Arabic is a strong plus
• Detail-obsessed: you catch the broken link before the client does
• Good judgement on what you can answer and what needs escalating
• Comfortable with ClickUp, Slack and Canva
• Reliable availability Mon–Fri during GST business hours

• Schedule all client-approved content in Metricool at the best time for each platform, with the full week set before the weekend
• QA every post before and after it goes live: captions, hashtags, tags, links, cropping and formats
• Manage community daily (Mon–Fri): reply to comments, DMs and mentions in each brand's tone, and engage in each client's niche
• Spot negative comments, complaints and PR risks early and elevate them immediately
• Review grids and post performance weekly, and suggest engagement actions with the Strategist
• Keep bios, link-in-bio, highlights and pinned posts in line with each brand's style guide
• Flag platform issues the same day: locked accounts, policy strikes, ad disapprovals, hacking attempts
• Supply weekly and monthly analytics (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth) to the strategy team

We give brands a full senior marketing team (strategy, creative, paid media, social and PR) for the cost of one in-house hire. Our clients include BYD, Hugo Boss and Charles & Keith, across fashion, automotive, beauty, real estate and B2B tech.

We're looking for an Operations Manager to own publishing and community management across our client accounts. Our team plans and creates the content. Your job is to make sure it goes live correctly, on time, and that every client's community is handled well every business day.

What you'll do

• Schedule all client-approved content in Metricool at the best time for each platform, with the full week set before the weekend
