We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Individual with a basic accounting background to support inventory management, bookkeeping, procurement, and vendor coordination. This role bridges finance, warehouse operations, and kitchen/store requirements, ensuring accurate stock control, smooth procurement processes, and reliable data management using Zoho.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor and manage inventory for kitchen, store, and warehouse operations
- Track stock movement, consumption, wastage, and replenishment levels
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Zoho
Bookkeeping & Accounting Support
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Record invoices, purchase entries, and expense documentation
- Support accounts-related tasks without being a full accounting role
- Ensure records are accurate, updated, and audit-ready
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
- Raise purchase orders and track delivery timelines
- Support procurement planning based on stock levels and operational needs
- Maintain vendor records and documentation
Warehouse & Operations Support
- Support warehouse operations from a stock and data perspective
- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward stock movement
- Work closely with kitchen and store teams to align stock availability
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and proactively suggest improvements
Systems & Reporting
- Use Zoho for inventory, procurement, and data entry tasks
- Generate basic reports related to stock, purchases, and usage
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records
Requirements & Skills
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge (not a full accountant role)
- Strong experience with inventory and stock management
Hands-on Experience With Zoho (Inventory / Books Preferred)
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Understanding of warehouse operations and procurement workflows
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or manufacturing environments
Exposure To Kitchen/store Inventory Management (Preferred)
- Prior procurement or supply chain coordination experience
