Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the healthcare management consultancy ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with consultants and healthcare professionals to strategize service delivery
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve service outcomes
  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics to meet client expectations
  • Manage resource allocation and ensure staff are welltrained and supported
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes for continuous improvement
  • Assist in client relationship management and communication
  • Contribute to the development of marketing and business strategies
