Overview

We are seeking an Operations Executive to provide operational support inclusive of but not limited to implementing processes and procedures, supporting various departments by collaborating and coordinating operational tasks, ensuring the Dubai office operates effectively.

You will build strong, trusting relationships with the MEA team colleagues and colleagues from across the company and engage effectively with relevant stakeholders to get their support or action where / when needed whilst demonstrating the CAA Portas core values.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee general maintenance, supplies, tidiness, and visitor reception. Coordinate office moves, lease renewals, fit‑outs, and social events.
  • Partner & Admin Support: Provide general support to Partners, including meeting coordination, couriers, bank guarantees, and document uploads to government portals.
  • Health & Safety: Act as the H&S representative, conduct risk assessments, maintain first aid and fire safety records, and track mandatory training completion.
  • IT Coordination: Manage laptop provisioning and decommissioning, troubleshoot basic IT issues, update global asset trackers, and assist with software access requests.
  • Governance & Projects: Support operational process development, governance renewals, and ad‑hoc regional projects.
  • Government Liaison: Upload documents to government portals and liaise with the Ministry of Finance to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution preferred not essential
  • Proven experience in a similar operations role preferably at least 2-3 years
  • Excellent verbal and written English fluency is essential
  • Right to work in the region
  • Proven initiative and problem‑solving skills to work independently
