Our client is looking to hire an Operations Director who will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction and landscape projects. This role demands a strategic leader who can balance technical expertise with strong management skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction and landscape projects, from initiation to completion.
- Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and company policies.
- Track budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability across projects.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain clear and effective communication among all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Identify potential risks early and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
