Client of Skills Hub Recruitment Solutions in Abu Dhabi seeks an Operations Coordinator Supervisor. The role involves coordinating day-to-day operations for home-based residential construction and maintenance projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion.

The candidate will manage site activities, manpower, materials, subcontractors, schedules and documentation, while maintaining professional communication with clients and stakeholders. Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in construction operations, site coordination or project supervision.
• Experience with residential/home-based construction projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities across residential home-based construction projects.
• Plan and coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment and site requirements.
• Monitor progress and ensure work aligns with approved schedule.
• Coordinate between clients, site teams, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and management.
• Supervise day-to-day activities at project sites and monitor attendance and productivity.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator Supervisor to coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations for home-based residential construction and maintenance projects The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities manpower materials subcontractors schedules client requirements and project documentation to ensure that works are completed efficiently safely and within the required timelines

Key Responsibilities

• Operations amp Project Coordination
  • Coordinate daily operational activities across residential home-based construction projects
  • Plan and coordinate work schedules manpower materials equipment and site requirements
  • Monitor daily project activities and ensure work progresses according to the approved schedule
  • Coordinate between clients site teams engineers subcontractors suppliers and management
  • Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely completion
• Site Supervision
  • Supervise day-to-day activities at residential project sites
  • Monitor the attendance productivity and performance of workers and subcontractors
  • Ensure workers follow approved work procedures and project requirements
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and identify operational issues
  • Report delays site issues material requirements and other concerns to management
• Manpower amp Resource Coordination
  • Coordinate manpower allocation based on project requirements
  • Ensure adequate availability of workers tools equipment and materials
  • Monitor material usage and coordinate timely replenishment
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted project activities
• Client amp Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate with homeowners clients regarding schedules access work progress and project requirements
  • Handle day-to-day operational queries and ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and project stakeholders
  • Escalate major concerns or complaints to management
• Quality amp Safety
  • Monitor completed and ongoing works to ensure required quality standards are maintained
  • Ensure site teams follow applicable health and safety requirements
  • Identify unsafe practices workmanship issues or deviations and report them promptly
  • Coordinate corrective actions where required
• Documentation amp Reporting
  • Maintain daily activity and site progress records
  • Prepare operational reports manpower reports material requirements and project updates
  • Track project schedules pending activities and completion status
  • Maintain proper records of site instructions client requirements and subcontractor activities
• Problem Solving amp Follow-Up
  • Identify operational challenges and coordinate appropriate solutions
  • Follow up on delayed activities and ensure corrective action
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve site and operational issues
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress and operational concerns

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management , or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 5 years of UAE experience in construction operations, site coordination, or project supervision. Experience in residential/home-based construction projects is mandatory/preferred. Strong experience in coordinating manpower, subcontractors, materials, and site activities. UAE construction industry experience is required. Valid UAE driving license is preferred . Immediate joining will be an advantage.
