Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field with at least three years' experience in control or auditing, and strong analytical and communication skills. Experience in oil and gas is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required (Business Admin, Accounting, etc.).
• Minimum of three years' experience in a control or auditing role.
• Strong knowledge of control procedures and regulations; excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement control systems and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor and analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Train and educate employees on control procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Prepare reports and presentations on control processes and results.
• Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as regulatory agencies and auditors.
