Job summary

A growing international company is seeking an Operations Support Officer to join their Dubai Freezone team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in operations, trade, or finance support roles. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day operations, preparing trade documents, and assisting with bank operations. Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of ERP systems like SAP are preferred. Good English skills are essential, and Turkish is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day trade and intercompany operations of the Dubai entity.
  • Prepare and track trade documents including invoices and packing lists.
  • Coordinate operational data entry and basic ERP transactions.

We’re Hiring | Operations Support Officer
Dubai Freezone
Kardia EMEA

Kardia is looking for a talented and motivated Operations Support Officer to join our growing team at our Dubai Freezone location.

Key Qualificiations
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, trade, or finance support roles
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Good command of MS Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
  • Good level of English (Turkish is a strong plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day trade and intercompany operations of the Dubai entity
  • Follow up on intercompany transactions between Dubai and Turkey
  • Prepare and track trade documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, etc.)
  • Assist with bank and payment operations
  • Coordinate operational data entry and basic ERP (SAP) transactions
  • Support expense tracking and operational reporting
  • Act as the primary operational contact point for the Dubai Office.
