Job summary

Hydropower Energy And General Construction LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced professional for a Full-Time Onsite role. The candidate will manage operations and maintenance for EPC-delivered projects, including pumping stations and pipeline works.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering and 15–20 years of related experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance within EPC, infrastructure, energy, or utilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is required.
• Experience managing operation and maintenance of EPC-delivered projects, incl. pumping stations & pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee O&M activities for EPC-delivered projects, including pumping stations and pipelines.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, SOPs and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvements across project lifecycles from commissioning to post-construction maintenance.

ROLE OVERVIEW

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 15–20 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance within the EPC, infrastructure, energy, or utilities sectors.
• Proven experience in managing the operation and maintenance of EPC-delivered projects, including pumping stations and pipeline projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, including commissioning, start-up, testing, handover, warranty management, and post-construction maintenance.
• Experience in developing and implementing maintenance plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and continuous improvement initiatives.
