THA by ARMONIA is recruiting an HSE Officer for an onsite Liwa project in the UAE from 1 November 2026 to 2 January 2027. The role focuses on maintaining site safety, running toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with HSE procedures on a full-time, on-site basis.

Applicants should have previous onsite HSE experience and hold NEBOSH or IOSH certification, with availability for the entire project period. Food and accommodation are provided on site.

Formación

• Previous onsite HSE experience.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
• Availability for the full project duration (1 Nov 2026 – 2 Jan 2027).

Responsabilidades

• Carry out daily site inspections and identify hazards before they cause harm.
• Monitor work activities to ensure safe working practices are followed.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams.
• Make sure work on site follows project HSE procedures and permit requirements.
• Report and record incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
• Support investigations and follow up on corrective actions.
