Job summary

Dr Joy Dental Clinic Dubai is seeking a highly skilled Myofunctional Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team on Jumeirah Beach Road, onsite. You will assess, diagnose, and treat orofacial muscle and functional disorders in both pediatric and adult patients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with orthodontists, airway dentists, TMJ specialists, and pediatric dentists to deliver integrated care and evidence-based therapy, with emphasis on documentation and ongoing progress reviews.

Qualifications

• Certification or formal training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OMT).
• 2–3 years of experience in myofunctional therapy or related roles.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orofacial myofunctional assessments for pediatric and adult patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions addressing oral function, swallowing, and breathing issues.
• Collaborate with orthodontists, airway dentists, TMJ specialists, and pediatric dental professionals.
