Job summary

ZCREATIX in Dubai is seeking a full-time, on-site Laboratory Administrative Specialist to maintain lab records and support daily activities. You will assist with sample prep, prepare solutions, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate documentation and smooth operations. Ideal candidates hold a science degree and can work independently as well as with the team to maintain high-quality results in a fast-paced lab

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Laboratory Science or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in procedures.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and regularly review laboratory files, records, and documentation.
• Provide routine administrative, clerical, and operational assistance to laboratory personnel.
• Prepare basic laboratory solutions, chemicals, and materials according to approved methods and safety precautions.
• Coordinate ordering and monitoring of laboratory consumables, chemicals, reagents, equipment, and supplies with inventory records.
• Assist staff with routine sample preparation, testing procedures, and basic analytical activities.
• Ensure chemicals, samples, and materials are identified, labeled, stored, handled, and disposed of safely.
• Provide administrative support to supervisors and laboratory staff and complete additional duties.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe laboratory work areas per housekeeping and safety requirements.
• Monitor use of supplies and report shortages to support ongoing operations.
