Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a senior Construction Manager for instrumentation and control systems in the UAE. You will oversee installation, calibration, testing, and compliance with project specs; develop schedules; and lead a team of technicians and supervisors in a safety-conscious environment.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction management for industrial or process plants, with PMP certification being highly desirable. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction management focusing on instrumentation and control systems.
• Experience supervising large-scale industrial or process plant construction projects.
• PMP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation calibration and testing of all instrumentation systems ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Develop and manage detailed construction schedules for instrumentation scope coordinating with other disciplines and stakeholders to mitigate delays
• Lead and mentor a team of instrumentation technicians and supervisors fostering a safe and productive work environment
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control procedures throughout all instrumentation construction activities
