Job summary

A global Fintech company in Dubai seeks an Onboarding Operations Analyst to manage compliance operations and monitor case queues. The role requires at least one year of experience in KYB processes, strong analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience with KYB (Know Your Business) and/or business underwriting processes.
• Familiar with external compliance rules, regulations and policies related to the payments industry.
• Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, teamwork, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor case queues to identify high risk and priority cases.
• Work on cases and compliance operations queues promptly.
• Review existing merchants’ portfolios and conduct periodical KYB refreshers.
