Job summary
MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C invites a dedicated Site Nurse to join our Dubai team and safeguard employee health at the construction site. You will deliver first aid, manage medical emergencies, and keep accurate records in line with UAE regulations.
The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of nursing experience, a DHA/MOH/DOH license (or eligibility), and a BLS certification. ACLS is a plus, with strong communication and documentation skills for a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or nursing diploma is required.
- Valid DHA/MOH/DOH nursing license, or eligibility to obtain one.
- BLS certification mandatory; ACLS is an advantage.
- 2–3 years nursing experience in construction/occupational health preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment on site.
- Assess injuries and illnesses and determine further medical care.
- Monitor health and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer prescribed medications and basic treatments within scope.
- Coordinate emergency responses and arrange ambulance services as needed.
- Maintain first aid kits and ensure medical supplies are stocked.
- Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
