We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified OHS Officer who will ensure workplace safety compliance with local regulations and company policies. Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs. Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Key Accountabilities
  • Specify the output required from the job. Identify key accountabilities and their performance indicators.
  • Perform audits across all sites to assess compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to local, national, and international safety regulations and company policies.
  • Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement control measures to prevent workplace incidents.
  • Investigate accidents, near-misses, and workplace injuries, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees.
  • Monitor and enforce the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safety equipment is maintained.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HSE roles.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations.
