A leading engineering firm is seeking a Construction Superintendent – Structure for an Offshore Project in Abu Dhabi. This role involves overseeing all structural fabrication activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory position within fabrication yard operations. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, along with strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and welding.

Qualifications

• Minimum overall 15+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• 10–15 years of experience in structural construction within oil & gas.
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role within fabrication yard operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all structural fabrication activities including cutting and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with IFC drawings and project procedures.
• Coordinate daily yard activities and manpower allocation.
