Job summary

Al Sahraa Group is seeking skilled helpers for offshore logistics on Offshore Islands (UZ/SARB Operations), UAE. You will support lifting, rigging, and operation of lifting equipment while adhering to safety and HSE standards.

Requirements include 21+ years, higher secondary education, and 5 years oil & gas field services experience with offshore lifting exposure in the last 2 years; English proficiency and chain block usage are essential.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent.
• 5 years of oil & gas field services experience.
• 6+ months offshore lifting operations in last 2 years.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of international lifting and crane hand signals.
• Experience using chain blocks.
• Ability to work under supervision of Slingers/Riggers.

Responsibilities

• Assist offshore lifting and rigging under Slingers/Riggers.
• Follow crane hand signals for lifting and moving loads.
• Operate and assist with chain blocks and lifting equipment.
• Comply with HSE policies and company standards.
• Participate in emergency response activities.
• Support site HSE initiatives (HSE Observation Cards).
