Job summary

Seatrium is seeking a Field Service Technician in Dubai to deliver exceptional customer service and support, maximizing customer retention by reducing waste. The role requires thorough troubleshooting of mechanical systems and complies with company's policies.

Ideal candidates should have a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least 2–3 years of relevant field experience in servicing offshore jack-up equipment along with certifications in NDT inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of field experience in offshore jack-up equipment.
• Experience with marine equipment for offshore drilling rigs is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service and support as a Field Service Technician.
• Maximize customer retention through service quality.
• Troubleshoot and investigate product service issues.

Education

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent

PCN Level 2 in PAUT, UT, ECT or TOFD
