Job summary

KBR, Inc. in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Construction Supervisor (E&I) for an offshore PMC project on a 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation.

You will supervise and coordinate E&I construction and fabrication activities at the yard, ensure compliance with project specs and quality standards, and promote a strong HSE culture.

Offshore experience is mandatory; a Diploma in Engineering is the minimum requirement, with 12–15 years of experience in oil and gas construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering is a minimum requirement.
• 12–15 years of proven experience in Construction – E&I within oil & gas industries.
• Offshore experience is mandatory.
• Supervise and coordinate E&I construction and fabrication activities at the yard, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and actively promote a strong safety culture across all activities.
