Job Title: COO Office Manager

Role Summary:

Driven to create unique home‑grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE‑based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Shalwa, Parker’s, Kumo, Somewhere, and Public.

Independent is for ambitious people who want to advance in their careers, and we are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO/Office Manager to work closely with the COO and manage the day-to-day execution of priorities. This role goes beyond traditional PA responsibilities and focuses on driving follow‑through, structure, and accountability across meetings, projects, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the COO’s daily workflow, priorities, projects, and follow‑ups
  • Ensure meeting actions, decisions, and deliverables are tracked and executed
  • Coordinate project agendas, timelines, and cross‑functional inputs
  • Act as a central point of coordination for the CEO’s office
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, and misalignment
  • Maintain structure, documentation, and operational discipline
  • Ability to coordinate cross‑departmental activities, initiatives, and projects
