The Office and Administrative Manager oversees all administrative functions to support the company's startup initiatives. The role encompasses office management (procurement, vendor relationships, facility maintenance), human resources administration (visa processing, contract management, staff documentation), and compliance oversight (accounting procedures, tax compliance, DMCC regulatory adherence, banking relationships).
For document management, the employee is responsible for the administrative functions that support project team and functional leads. This includes updating, routing, and maintaining various documents, as well as assisting in the preparation of project reports, MoMs, and presentations. Additionally, the role involves reviewing project budgets and expenses for reporting purposes.
The position also provides project team support through weekly planning based on team priorities, managing business travel arrangements, and providing administrative assistance for communications with key business partners.
