We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month.

Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain filing system, both electronic and physical
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule meetings or appointments with customers or staff members
  • Assist in the planning of events or conferences as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred but not required
  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
