SEHA seeks a Chair of Department (OBG) to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for Obstetrics & Gynecology across SEHA Clinics. The role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, standardization of clinical practices, and alignment with DOH, SEHA, and international standards.

Qualifications

• Qualification from Tier 1 or Tier 2.
• Certified proof of yearly CME.

Responsabilités

• Leads the Department in implementing strategic plans and policies.
• Advises the Chief Medical Officer on clinical and professional matters.
• Represents the Department at corporate meetings and chairs department meetings.
• Reviews reports and implements improvements to clinical services.
• Leads performance management, peer review and utilization review processes.
• Participates in workforce planning and recruitment, including Division Chiefs and physicians.
• Oversees budget planning and financial management for the Department.
• Supports patient satisfaction initiatives and strategic/operational planning.
• Delegates duties and assumes additional administrative responsibilities.
• Promotes clinical excellence and evidence-based patient-centered care.
