Job summary

Allocation Assist in Dubai seeks an experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist with advanced expertise in minimally invasive and laparoscopic gynecological procedures. You will provide comprehensive women's healthcare services with a focus on advanced laparoscopic surgery, high-risk obstetrics, and patient-centered care.

The role involves managing pregnancies, performing complex surgeries, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while adhering to DHA and international standards.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with OB/GYN specialization.
• Fellowship/board certification in OB/GYN.
• Advanced training in laparoscopic gynecologic surgery.
• DHA license eligibility or active DHA license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years consultant-level experience.
• Female candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetrics and gynecology consultations and treatment.
• Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies, antenatal and postnatal care.
• Perform advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive gynecological surgeries.
• Conduct cesarean sections and emergency obstetric procedures.
• Diagnose and manage gynecologic disorders including fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and infertility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DHA and international healthcare standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and medical education activities.
