Job summary

Mediclinic Baniyas in Abu Dhabi is seeking a patient-focused nurse to provide and coordinate evidence-based care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential: Nursing Diploma and a valid BLS certificate. At least two years of nursing experience in the home country; UAE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma required.
• Valid BLS certificate.
• Two years' nursing experience, ideally in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centric nursing care under supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with MCME risk policies and relevant legislation.
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
• Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence.
