Job summary

Flip retail is hiring a Teacher Assistant to support daily nursery activities and help maintain a safe, nurturing learning space for children. The role involves assisting the lead instructor, caring for the class, and helping with feeding and toileting to meet each child’s needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree/ Diploma in Education or CACHE Level 2 or above and has at least 1 year of nursery or childcare experience, plus excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist children with feeding and toileting and ensure each child's needs are met.
