Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s condition and determine their needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians or as directed by the patient’s plan of care.
• Monitor vital signs, document patient’s medical information, record treatments/medications administered and treatments given.
• Provide education on health maintenance, disease processes, medications, etc. to patients and families.
