Job summary

Work corp in Sharjah is seeking a Nurse to deliver nursing care and medical services to patients. The role covers assessment, planning and evaluation of care plans, plus health promotion with patients and families.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing and UAE/GCC licensure preferred. It offers a monthly salary and accommodates foreign applicants. A nurse will work to maintain patient safety and quality care standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited college/university is required.
• License by UAE/GCC Nursing Council preferred but not required for new grads.
• At least two years of nursing experience preferred but not required for UAE/GCC newcomers.
• Experience with eHRs and medical coding systems (ICD-10/CPT-4) is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff, doctors and patients.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask across duties.
• Physically capable of standing, walking and bending during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to patients according to standards.
• Monitor patient condition including health, meds, nutrition and social needs.
• Maintain and document patient records and treatment changes.
• Develop individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Administer medications via oral, IV or injections as prescribed.
• Support pre/post-operative care, physical exams, wound care, oxygen therapy and safety protocols.
