Job summary

A leading software solutions company in Dubai is looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Support Specialist. The role involves monitoring various information systems, responding to incidents, and preparing reports based on customer requirements. Candidates should have experience with monitoring tools and possess strong communication skills. A minimum of three years in an enterprise environment is required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience supporting and monitoring network systems, servers or storage in an enterprise environment.
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Experience providing remote support using virtual desktop tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely response to incidents, requests, outages, and performance alerts.
• Monitor a wide variety of information and network systems.
• Document actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Skills

Monitoring tools (Manage Engine Ops Manager, SolarWinds)

ITSM tool (Manage Engine, Ivanti)
