Job summary

Latifa Hospital is seeking specialized Clinical Pediatric Nurses to join the high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide round-the-clock medical interventions for critically ill newborns and support their families during stressful times.

You will continuously monitor vital signs using advanced life-support monitors, administer medications and IV nutrition, work alongside senior neonatologists during emergencies, and communicate updates with empathy to parents.

Qualifications

• Licensed DHA Registered Nurse with current license.
• Minimum two years in Level III/IV NICU.
• Dataflow verification completed and ready for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs of premature babies using life-support monitors.
• Administer medications, IV nutrition, and fluids to infants.
• Collaborate with senior neonatologists during emergencies and procedures.
• Communicate medical updates to parents with empathy.
