Qualifications

• At least 2 years current/ recent experience in a level 3 NICU.
• UAE experience would be beneficial.

• Create a conducive environment guided by nursing leadership.
• Mentor and coach learners and nursing employees.

Skills

Basic Arabic language skills

Verbal and written communication skills in English
