Job summary

Talentspoc LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Neurosurgeon to provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical management of neurological conditions, with a focus on complex procedures such as brain and spine surgery. You will assess patients, plan operations, perform urgent and elective neurosurgical procedures, and collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, oncologists, and rehab teams.

Excellent clinical judgment and patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MS/MCh/DNB/FRCS/Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Neurosurgery.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience.
• Strong experience in neurosurgical procedures and perioperative patient management.
• Excellent clinical decision-making and surgical skills.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions.
• Perform neurosurgical procedures for brain, spine, cranial, and peripheral nerve disorders.
• Manage brain tumors, spinal disorders, traumatic brain injuries, hydrocephalus, vascular lesions, and degenerative spine conditions.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans.
• Perform appropriate emergency and elective neurosurgical procedures.
• Provide comprehensive post-operative care and monitor patients for complications.
• Interpret MRI, CT, angiography, and other relevant neuroimaging studies.
• Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, oncologists, intensivists, rehabilitation specialists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, surgical risks, and expected outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare regulations and patient-safety standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and continuing medical education.

Key Responsibilities
