Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai seeks a hands-on security and network architect with UAE banking experience. The candidate will design and tune F5 BIG-IP ASM, implement Palo Alto networks policies, and manage Fortinet FortiGate environments to meet high availability and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include integrating Citrix ADC for secure delivery, coordinating cloud networking in Azure and AWS, and applying core protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, DNS, TLS) to protect and optimize enterprise

Qualifications

• F5 BIG-IP ASM/Advanced WAF policy tuning, attack signature handling, bot/DDoS mitigation, iRules basics.
• Palo Alto Networks security policy design, App-ID/URL filtering, Threat Prevention/WildFire, Panorama.
• Fortinet FortiGate/FortiManager/FortiAnalyzer NGFW policies, IPS/AV/web filter, automation, logging.
• Citrix ADC (NetScaler) L7 load balancing, SSL/TLS, content switching, AppFW exposure.
• Strong Azure and AWS networking and security: VNet/VPC, peering, routing, NSG/NACL, Azure/AWS Firewalls, ALB/WAF, Private Link, Transit.
• Protocol depth: TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, NAT, DNS, TLS, HTTP/S, IPsec/SSL VPN.
• Proven experience designing for high availability, performance, and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design secure, highly available architectures for banking applications.
• Tune security policies to meet compliance and performance targets.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers to implement secure cloud connectivity across Azure and AWS.
• Lead certification readiness and audit preparation for security controls.

• Citrix: CCA-N/CCP-N (ADC).
• Cloud: Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), AWS Security – Specialty (or Architect certs with strong security exposure).
