Your role will encompass comprehensive patient evaluations, formulation of individualized treatment plans, and engagement in collaborative care with other medical professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough assessments and diagnostics for patients with renal disease.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies for managing kidney disorders.
  • Oversee the treatment of patients on dialysis and monitor home dialysis programs.
  • Provide educational resources and support to patients and their families regarding kidney health and management.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care.
  • Contribute to clinical research initiatives to advance knowledge and practices in nephrology.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Nephrology.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology.
  • CURRENT medical license to practice in the relevant state.
  • 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in nephrology.
