Job summary

TalentSpoc is seeking an experienced Specialist Nephrologist to join our leading UAE healthcare facility. You will diagnose and manage kidney diseases and provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic renal conditions.

The role involves evaluating complex renal cases, coordinating dialysis care, interpreting laboratory tests, and collaborating with urologists and intensivists to deliver excellent patient outcomes. MD/DNB in Nephrology is required.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB in General Medicine or equivalent, DM/DNB in Nephrology.
• Minimum 3 years post-specialization nephrology experience.
• Experience in managing renal diseases and dialysis patients.
• Strong clinical judgement and patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases.
• Evaluate and treat CKD, glomerulonephritis, electrolyte imbalances, hypertension-related kidney disorders.
• Manage dialysis patients and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for complex renal cases.
• Interpret renal function tests, labs, and imaging studies.
• Collaborate with urologists and intensivists for comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on kidney health and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases
• Evaluate and treat conditions such as chronic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, electrolyte imbalances, and hypertension-related kidney disorders
• Manage patients requiring dialysis and monitor treatment outcomes
• Assess patients with complex renal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Interpret renal function tests, laboratory investigations, and relevant imaging studies
• Manage complications associated with kidney diseases and renal replacement therapy
• Collaborate with urologists, intensivists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients on kidney health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of clinical care

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• MD/DNB in General Medicine or an equivalent qualification, followed by DM/DNB or equivalent specialization in Nephrology
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred
• Experience in managing renal diseases and dialysis patients
