Job summary

SGS is seeking an NDT technician to execute RT activities on oil and gas construction projects in Abu Dhabi. You will perform nondestructive testing to client and project specifications and maintain rigorous quality records.

The role requires a Diploma or Engineering degree, 3+ years in oil & gas structural fabrication, and NDT Level II RT certification. You will coordinate with client representatives and prepare inspection reports, contributing to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in construction projects in Oil & Gas with structural steel fabrication.
• NDT Level II Certifications (RT) required.

Job Description

Execution of NDT - RT activities as per Client / standards requirements, approved procedures and Project Specifications. Preparation of inspection reports and necessary client co-ordination with Client / Project Owner representatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or 10th standard in science.
• 3+ years of experience in constructional projects in the Oil & Gas sector, covering structural steel fabrication works.
• NDT Level II Certifications (ASNT etc.) in specific discipline - RT.
