Serco Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead Navy PORTS program initiatives in a DoD environment. You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate between the Program Manager, customer, and project team, and ensure schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met.

You will review status, prepare reports, and support proposal activities while maintaining DoD compliance and security requirements. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, applied science, or management
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience including profit & loss
• Familiar with software development projects
• Solid experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSProject)
• Travel up to 10%

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaison between Program Manager, Customer, and project team
• Review project status and budgets; review work products; manage schedules and prepare status reports
• Prepare data items in accordance with DoD requirements
• Adhere to quality objectives, metrics, and schedules
• Attend meetings and brief Serco management and Navy customers on project status
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
• Participate in proposal activities for new projects
